DW – DWFrame System

Description

The DWF (DW Frame) was born out of the need to have a CS:R (Club Spec: Revisited) compatible frame made for a very important event in a very limited amount of time. Because most see the JAG/COM8 frames as the defacto standard in the R2D2 Builders Club world as a result there is usually a long waiting list to buy one. Our goal is to help supply some of the harder to make pieces (like the rings) to those builders who want to make or customize some of the remaining pieces themselves. We have purposely offered this frame in 3 different options: a complete Basic Frame Package, a DIY Starter Frame Package or individual parts so as to meet the varying needs of different types of R2 builders while allowing us quicker turn around in the manufacturing process and the ability to keep parts available on an ongoing basis.

Disclaimer: Any likeness of this frame to that of another frame is purely intentional as we want to take the best available and add our ideas to it. That is a goal of the R2 Builder’s Club – “Continuous Improvement.” We want to help fill a niche that we see as a need to help those who want to DIY their own frame.

Notes:

1) The DWF is not yet R2D2 Builders Club approved however we believe that this frame meets and exceeds BC expectations for approval and we are currently seeking BC approval.

2) When ordering make sure that all of the pieces that you need are in stock and ordered at the same time to ensure that you will have everything that you need in a timely manner.

3) Exchanges are accepted in the event of a defective piece.
